Enrollment for SY 2021-2022 is still on going. Please click the button "Click Here" below if you want to enroll online through this website and download the Registration Form for Grade 1 to 10 and the ESC Form. Please note that the ESC Registration Form is for incoming Grade 7 students only so that they can apply for the ESC Program of PEAC and be granted with a subsidy of Php 11,000.00 per year from Grade 7 to 10.

After downloading, fill-out the Registration Form and send it via email at smasannicolascebucity@gmail.com.

Only the Registration Form should be sent to us online. The ESC Form must be submitted to the school (Registrar's Office) personally along with the other documentary requirements for enrollment since the form requires handwriting in filling out the ESC Form.

Lastly, please put a check mark in the Registration Form the Learning Delivery Option you would like your child to be enrolled in.
